When you look closer on the sky scrapers top you will see water towers everywhere. But there are some things you won't see:
- Green roofs
- Solar panels
- Biogas systems
- other sun to power / heat transfer systems
A city with such many roofs but no usage for energy generation at all could be considered dead.
