Photography Series a Finnish year

On the 25th of May 2016 I moved to Finland with my wife. We live on the countryside near the lovely small town Pälkäne. We run a small permaculture called Beyond Buckthorns and we work in our marketing company Chase & Snow. 2017 is the 100th Anniversary of Finland's Independence. Therefore this series contains 100 photos.

The Leaves

The Leaves

We collect all kinds of herbs and leaves and dry them. We use them as teas. Pretty tasyt - and healthy of course.

First potatoes

In the book "Finnen von Sinnen" the author describes the Fins as "Potatoe eaters". And I have to admit: I love to eat potatoes to.

Red Radish

Red Radish

Red, small radish taste delicious. There are two main varieties available. One is long while the other is round.

Ruhrpott Part One - a new city

Over 8 years I took a lot of photos. I started with a Canon 60D and then switched to a Sony Nex 7. Those bulky and heavy DSLRs are like dinosaurs…
